The following terms and conditions apply to all CD orders from The Mandate website.  This is the official website for The Mandate.  You may only place a CD order if you agree to these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order.

All prices are in £GBP Pounds Sterling (UK Pounds).  After you have finished your selection, click to "Go to payments" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to process your order. We accept: Visa, Delta, MasterCard, and Maestro. You may send your credit card information via the Internet. If you prefer to order by credit card over the phone then you need to ring the following number during office hours on +44 28 9045 7500.

Your order will only be processed if your credit card billing address and security code can be verified by our credit card payment acquisition company PayPal.

You undertake that all details you provide to The Mandate for the purpose of ordering CDs are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the CDs ordered.
